I have been enjoying Zumba with the lovely Kerstin for 7 years and can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever done.
I was nervous the first time I walked into the studio but I was greeted with Kerstin’s infectious smile, warmth and inclusiveness…. I was hooked straight away.
I remember the first week thinking “I’m never going to grasp this, everyone is so good and I feel out of my depth” – fast forward 7 years and you will always find me at the front shimmying and shaking with the best of them. The first time Kerstin taught me to Salsa, I remember saying to her “my hips don’t do that”, her response, with a lovely grin was “they will” and now they do.
I always found it difficult to motivate myself to exercise, with Kerstin and the way she runs her Zumba classes it doesn’t feel like exercise, it feels like a group of friends meeting up 2 or 3 times a week to have a good party, the fitness is just an added bonus.
If you are unsure about joining a class, take a deep-breath, come along and you absolutely will not look back. I certainly haven’t and would recommend it to any age, any size, and any fitness level.
Kerstin, Daisy and Sara are a truly inspirational dance and fitness team who will have you smiling from the second you walk through the door.

I had never done Zumba before and was completely uncoordinated but when I tried Kerstin's class I was addicted from the start. Whether in person or virtual, it's so much fun that you don't even notice you're doing exercise. I loved it before but it's been my salvation during lockdowns and I always end the classes on a real high, feeling amazing. Kerstin, Daisy and Sara are all wonderful instructors with infectious smiles and great energy and they always encourage you to have fun and go at your own pace

We chose Kerstin without knowing her previously to help us with our wedding choreography and it was the best idea we could have. From the beginning we contacted her via email and she was always kind and gave us lots of song ideas, then we started the classes and she made a perfect Choreography based on our requests with three different songs and taking in account our zero level in dancing to make us feel confident and happy. We definitely recommend Kerstin as a dance teacher and to help you to be ready for your big day! Following the good times we spent with her I decided to continue doing some Zumba classes as well as I love the music she chooses, the choreos and her brilliant spirit which make you burn calories whilst having fun.

Smiley check, motivating check, able to work at my pace check, enjoyable. Immensely! I have been a member of Kerstin's Zumba fitness classes for 8 years and they still keep me smiling every week (sometimes 2-3 times)! I wake up singing the tunes to myself and often I’ll have a little shimmy thinking about the routines whilst I’m cooking! I love these instructors and all movements are safe and injury free. The best bit is the instructors don't shout or even talk, they just direct with hand movements so you can just absorb the atmosphere and enjoy the music with them. Thank you so much for giving us our first dance lessons. It would not have been a success without you. It's like we created a show for our guests... we had so many emotional tears. You gave us the perfect steps, not too slow and not too quick. It was classy, elegant and smooth, just how we wanted it. It was perfect.

Thank you so much for coming and putting an amazing dance together for us. It was more than I could have wished for. Everyone LOVED it! Quite a few were really nervous about it but they all said you made them feel really at ease. One of the younger girls said it was the best day of her life! Can't get any better than that.
