We provide Dance and Fitness classes for all ages and abilities as well as bespoke choreography for specific events and productions. We are also able to offer sessions for special events, children's activity groups, parties and residential and care settings.
Our Team is passionate about bringing Dance-Fitness enjoyment into your life and we pride ourselves on being friendly and inclusive. Our sessions can be adapted to suit everyone and even in our high impact Fitness classes, you can take part seated in a chair. It's all about joining in and having fun and if you leave our class with a smile on your face, then we're happy too.
